I went with Solar Optimum through Energy Sage. Absolutely amazing Experience with Solar Optimum! Simply the best in Las Vegas area. I was in market for Solar for about a couple of months and was really surprised to see range of costs for similar set up from different companies. I then saw Solar Optimum's estimate through EnergySage and decided to call them before finalizing on one. That was a good decision :) I could not have been happier than this with my whole experience. Kevin Taing was my assigned energy advisor from Solar Optimim. He was very knowledgeable, had in-depth information on this subject and he took out time to answer every clarification that we had. He was very honest and never tried to up-sale things...something that was so common with other companies that we had talked to in the past. He was able to build the system as per our requirements, need and liking. The prices were very reasonable and competitive for top of the line premium solar configuration. They were atleast 4.5K cheaper than the next best price for exctly the same solar panels and microinverters. After confirming the contract, I got call in minutes to move to the next step. I would highly recommend Kevin purely due to his knowledge and customer experience, and Solar Optimum to everyone who is looking to move to Solar. Through this review, I would also like to recognize the work of Anthony, who came for inspection before the solar installation. He spent hours and hours inspecting the roof and materials and did a wonderful job. I was pleasantly surprised to see his professionalim and thoroghness in the work. He was very kind, knowledgeable, amd he answered all my doubts. After the permission to operate, Hannah Ortega, their quality assurance coordinator got my system up and running with in 5 minutes of nvenergy installing the new NEM meter. She monitored my system personally and called me the next day to provide quality updates. My system is over producing substantially because of the premium panels and I am super happy with their service. In 2023, we discovered Solar Optimum on EnergySage while looking into getting solar installed at our house and, thanks to our conversations with David and then Kevin, our online consultant, we chose to work with them. Professional, responsive and respectful! The system was professionally designed and installed. Worked very well without any problem. The professionally also managed the whole project and process very well, including collaborating with PG&E to solve all problems. I'm happy with their professionalism and price.
