Poor business/business skills.! my system is still not full up and running. It’s been five months. Make sure you get in writing what they’re going to do at your home and who’s gonna take care of the cleanup and the poor quality of work because the company smart Solar did a bad job with mine.

What You Need to Know
Description:
The system seems to be fine. I have some that don’t work yet. I’ve been waiting for them to come re-fix them and it’s been months.
Other Benefits:
Hopefully it will take care of all the energy we use

Advice:
Vet the company they might stay there 25 years family owned but that doesn’t mean the person run and it’s been around for 25 years. They could’ve bought this from their family and put their name on it because person that I had installed tried to pass everything on, the company they hired to do the work they’re supposed to vet their employees I am not! make very well sure that they come prepared to cover anything that’s in your house take any garbage they bring with them because they left and made me cover and all kinds of stuff. I still haven’t gotten mine finished.
Experience with Installer:
Like I said, before, worst experience when I I showed up at my house. They were there getting ready. I walked up to him. No one would even look at me. I asked him who the foreman was and they both said I am he is from the beginning they didn’t come prepared to cover anything in the house they didn’t take any of the garbage with them I had garbage spread across 2 acres of my property. So make sure you get them to clean their garbage or make sure it’s in your contract that they cover and clean everything or you’ll have a mess.
Additional Notes:
If you’re in the residential home, the solar company will try to make the job easier on them instead of right for you. They want to run conduit across your roof down the side of your house when they can just run the wires through the wall you don’t have to have conduit exposed that just says them time and money that their pocketing Make them do it, right!
