40 410 watt solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall 3.
Other Benefits:
While the system is larger than the peak kWh capability of a Powerwall 3 the panels were installed so that all the panels don't receive peak sun at the same time. The Powerwall provides a few hours of back to power in the summer but my goal wasn't to be total self reliant. The quoted cost of a Powerwall was the same as an Enphase micro inverter system.
My Motivation:
This was mainly a financial decision.
Experience with Installer:
Texas Solar Professional were a pleasure to work with. They communicated often, and installation was only 2 days. They cleaned up after. The main delays was permission to operate from tri-county electric, my electricity Co op. Took a month longer than the installer predicted.
