My Motivation:
ROI potential in energy savings, low maintenance, 25 and 30 yr warranties. No fuel or maintenance vs Whole house generator. Future electricity bills reduction. Tax credit maybe IF we qualify.
Advice:
Expect delays and nitpick your installation design and warranty. Monitor installation. Make sure system components are what you ordered.

Additional Notes:
Nearly impossible to get design plan drawn up correctly when you have extenuating circumstances like wanting a specific layout. I did not want holes in my new roof. Mounting on carport rooves.
