Enphase best phase

I actually have two enphase systems. One has been performing flawlessly for 7 years. Zero issues continues to out produce expectations. The second is 2 years old and I actually had an RMA for a couple micros. It's unclear what happened but that's not why I'm writing. The problem was resolved. Diagnosed and replacements were sent immediately. My system is now performing flawlessly again. It was simple enough for me to install myself. Then I called up customer service and they registered the new serials so I can see it in the monitoring app again. I like enphase's design. I like the theory of how they work. I really appreciate the monitoring capabilities. I like the CT clamps so I can tell what other devices in my house are using. I end up with a third solar array. It will definitely be enphase.

Person to person cutomer service makes the world go round

Enphase tech support and customer service is as perfect as it gets. Their Friendly confident knowledgable staff always take care of me .Stay with me every step of the way until my problem is resolved .I am very tech / computer savy.Recently upgraded my wifi router.Getting my solar panels to report / back on line was not as simple as I thought it would be.but once again.Tech support carefully walked me thru the proceedure , including some trouble shooting , and got us back up and running in about 20 minutes .This is the same great support I have recieved from them for the past 8 years I have had solar panels running my home .

Excellent support service

My system had developed a fault on Good Friday, in that the gateway was failing to communicate with the application. I had tried to fix it myself following the instructions without success so I rang the Enphase helpdesk, expecting a message to ring back after the Easter holiday. However my call was answered after a couple of rings and the gent directed me to resolve the issue with ease. An excellent free support service which I regard highly.

Enphase ALWAYS there for us

We are exceptionally happy with Enphase, their staff and techs. They are ALWAYS there for us giving us expeditious responses with their knowledgeable and expert techs from when we first signed up with them to questions and troubleshooting with our solar panels and App. We would highly recommend Enphase for solar panels and if we ever move, we would definately use Enphase solar again.

EV charging integration to existing Enphase Eco-Environment...

My home is my solar laboratory: I am currently integrating a Cadillac Lyric EV to my standing Enphase Energy Storage System. I am currently making use of the base line 120 volt charging (plug and play) solution purchase. The 120 volt charger is not playing well with the IQ5P batteries. I (EV battery system) keep tripping one of the circuit breakers when AC voltage trickles directly from the batteries; not the solar PV panels or the external energy provider. The high fidelity of consistent customer service support solutions is EPIC! I am challenging the Enphase Family of Energy Solutions and the Enphase Agency is providing solutions, not excuses. Team Enphase are/is genuine performers and contributors to my running; on going inflicting problems, I create through trial & error experimentation in my home solar energy laboratory. Team Enphase is the best of the BEST!

Enphase inverters and batteries just work!

These are impeccably engineered components. Based on the research I did they have among the best reliability in the industry. Their energy dashboard is topnotch! They install low on the exterior walls and they look nice. Enphase batteries provide an excellent offramp from the Tesla ecosystem.
