The first step was a thorough presentation and discussion of the proposed engineering specification for my location. The representative was cordial and authoritative, answering all my questions. The installation was done with the utmost professionalism. The service guys also answered all my questions with courtesy and patience. As part of the installation, they replaced my aged grid service line and raised my home to 200 amp service. The new load center panel was bigger than my old one. I had built an oak shelf around the old one and modifications had to be made to fit the new panel. They expended great effort and care to conserve much of the shelf, without causing me a substantial rebuild. The post-installation cleanup was spotless. Honestly, there's nothing that I can complain about and would heartily recommend SUNation for rooftop solar.

They had a great price compared to other installers, using great products that are reliable. They worked with me without any pressure tactics and honesty. The rep I worked with, Marques, was awesome and responsive to my hundred questions. They made the whole process a breeze even working with my town and power company. I no longer pay for electric and have room for future additions to my home, I only pay for being connected to the grid which is small and required by my state. I even got to have a hand in the layout to make the panels aesthetically pleasing and complimentary to the existing architecture of my home. I recommend them to anyone that asks me about my solar!

I dealt with Scott Simons and the purchase of the solar panels (which are also of the highest quality) could not have been easier. Scott was available and helpful every step of the way answering any and all questions I had throughout the process which was so simple since almost everything can be done online. I would recommend this company highly if you are considering getting solar panels for your home.

While going through the process of selecting a solar provider I was bouncing around between three companies. It was a very complicated process because it also involved getting my roof done. The sales rep from SUNation was simply too aggressive for me. I felt that at every touchpoint he was trying to get me to commit when I was still in the fact-gathering stage. In the end, the products and prices seemed comparable to competitors but I don't feel that I was given the space to seriously consider SUNation.

My husband and I had solar panels installed on our house by SUNation on July 12, 2022. We are more than pleased with the service and professionalism we received. The 33 panels were installed in one day. SUNation was with us every step of the way, ready to answer any question, any time. My husband’s new favorite “toy” is the app where he can monitor how much energy we are producing whenever he wants to.
