SunMaxx

I have had a sunmaxx domestic hot water system for 11 years with no problem . In February i noticed one panel had severe condensation . I called sunmaxx and after waiting for several weeks with no reply i started calling every week sometimes several times . I was first told they couldn't find my paperwork . I texted everything including the original warranty for twelve years as well as a extended warranty i purchased . To date now June 30th i have had no return calls after repeated attempt's. I have asked numerous tomes to speak to upper management as their representative Michael Cleveland is unresponsive. I have been told he is in charge and no one is in charge of him ? The panels are made well however a warranty is only as good as the company who issues them . Five months later and i still have a panel that's useless . i would stay away from sunmaxx solar
