When Chris installed my solar panels, he did a great job. He installed critter guards. Great job. When I need service on my solar panels, he seems to ghost me. I have 7 microinverters out. I have called him. I have text him. I am going to call MHIC to find out if they can help with this issue. I have called Enphase and they have run tests.

We had an 18.99 kw Solar Electric Energy System with 55 panels installed on our house and garage by Eco Solar Systems. After reviewing 8 installer proposals and meeting with 4 of them, we selected Eco Solar. We were very happy with the entire process, from start to finish. From our first meeting, Chris was fantastic to work with. He thoroughly explained the project, kept us informed along the way and responded back quickly when we contacted him with questions. The installation crew did a great job and we are now enjoying a system that provides us with over 85% solar power.

The electrician was knowledgeable and discussed his whole approach to connecting my system with us, before he did anything. My system works great. Chris answered all my questions and wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with my decision. Once the installation was started, I was amazed at how quickly we received final approval for operation. Also, Chris handled all the paperwork for the state for rebate, SREC exchange, and obviously with Pepco.

Chris and the team installed an 11.4KW system with 37 panels on my roof. I met with four different companies and selected EcoSolar because I simply trusted what Chris had to say. No pressure, no technical babel, and he took care of all the paperwork. His proposed solution also promised the maximum total production at the lowest cost. Six weeks later, I am ~90% solar without any concerns. The work crews were always on time, courteous, and clean. This was a wonderful, no-stress install.
