CAPE FEAR SOLAR SYSTEMS, LLC

Our experience with Cape Fear Solar Systems was excellent, and I recommend them highly. Dar Hubsch, our contact with the company, was with us every step of the way, answering all our questions and holding our hands when we needed it. I'll miss him! The team leaders who worked on the various phases of the project were professional, friendly, and careful. I was especially impressed with the efforts they took to keep things clean as they worked. I want to mention Gabe Wood, Ulysses Ramos, and Tyler Duke as especially helpful and pleasant, and Derek Madrid was wonderful! The whole process was fascinating rather than stressful or disruptive, thanks to Cape Fear Solar Systems well-oiled process, and we were operational a lot faster than we expected. I feel confident that if any problems arise in the future, they will stand behind their work, which was a big reason we chose a local company.

Having heard lots of scary stories about bad experiences, I was very anxious about finding an honest and reliable solar energy company. I posted a request on Nextdoor to hear from people who have had good experiences with companies in the area. The replies were overwhelmingly positive about Cape Fear Solar. I made the appointment and that started the beginning of one of the best (probably THE best) home improvement experiences I've ever had. EVERYONE was super professional and very nice to deal with. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They stuck to their schedule and always showed up when they said they would. They took care of all the paperwork with the county, town and the power company. They made the entire process seamless and (outside of writing the checks) painless. My system has been active for a couple of months now and I couldn't be happier. Even now (in July) my electric bills are nearly nothing. I'm sure there will be months when it actually is nothing, or hopefully when I actually receive a credit rather than a bill. I wholeheartedly endorse Cape Fear Solar.

This is the 2nd time I have used CFS to install more panels. I returned to them because of their absolute professionalism in all aspects of the installation. Alex the sales associate was helpful and listened to my concerns, drew up a plan well within my budget. He kept me apprised of the progress of my panels and made it all work. The installers were clean and professional and returned after activation to make sure everything was working out. Christina was helpful on the billing end, answered all my questions . I will use them again and highly recommend them to all interested in Solar !

I gave Cape Fear Solar a 5 because there wasn't the option to give them 10000000. They were terrific. All the way through the process they did a terrific job. The workmanship is terrific and we are 100% happy with the installation.

I was impressed with how easy Cape Fear Solar Systems made it to have solar panels installed on our home. The sales process was low pressure and informative, which I appreciated. Financing was made available and was easy to execute. We were kept informed of the status of various items required in the permitting process and it was simple to understand what was needed on our end to keep the project moving forward. CFSS did most of the heavy lifting on paperwork and obtaining approvals from various parties. The installation was completed in 2 days and we have not had any issues with our panels yet.
