Luma Solar is all talk with zero action. They love to talk about how they have been in the solar game for 10 years longer than Elon Musk has. Difference is, Tesla products are not only readily available, but the company actually has a direct email address and a PHONE number that people actually answer the calls for. I have called Robert well over 20 times and never gotten a call back. I have emailed Robert and never been responded to. I own a large roofing and solar company in south Florida and have over a dozen customers with 10,000SQFT homes that are new construction builds, and all have been told about Luma. All of them wanted Luma. I cant even get a message back after filling out their form to become a contractor for them. If its this hard to get ahold of someone to buy their product, I cant imagine what it would be like when i actually have an issue and need customer support. Complete lack of integrity and professionalism. Funny they try to compare themselves to Tesla.......hard to do when you are straight clowns.

Former employee

I worked for them for almost 3 years. The reason it takes so long for a customer to get the product is because it was just me and one other person manufacturing every single panel by hand every day. We would only finish 60 panels through whole process a day. Ontop of that we always had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for certain products to arrive from China on ships through Canada to Detroit.
