We went with Alasta because they are local and legit. The service, installation and sales rep were top notch. We were always informed, treated with respect and kindness. We even changed internet companies a year after install and couldn't figure out how to reconnect our monitoring system. Teddy came over to our house, a year later, and assisted us in getting back on line. The price was much less than other quotes we received too! Great people, great system!

DO NOT work with any out of state Solar companies or ones that just “expanded” services to our area. Please! They will overcharge you and make promises they won’t keep! We got ripped off and left high and dry by a Utah solar company that went bankrupt 4 months after installation of our solar panels. We were stuck with a fully installed system that was not functional because they failed to complete our application with Xcel Energy before they closed their doors. We were paying on this loan and our electric bill. After another 5 months of frustration, a friend recommended we reach out to Atlasta Solar for help. They had just installed a solar system for her. This amazing team completed a new Xcel application on our behalf, updated our plan design saving us from a costly transformer upgrade, and got our system fully functioning all within 45 days. My electric bills were outrageous, having to be averaged monthly just to afford them. I have an all-electric home with electric baseboard heat. I don't use it on the main floor, with exception of turning it on in the primary bath to get ready in the morning. However, my elderly mom lives in my lower level, having it cranking five months out of the year, as she is always cold.
