SI Solar solved all my problems. Before I found Frank and his team at SI Solar, I was taken for a ride. Long story short, some other contractor started my solar installation and completely dropped the ball. They totally ghosted me. Then I called a bunch of various companies (electricians, independent contractors, and other solar contractors), but no one was willing to or capable of helping me. I contacted SI Solar, and was in touch with Frank and his team on that same day. After hearing my story, they said can help and knew exactly what to do. Frank gave me stepwise directions, and helped me through the whole process. He and his team were in contact with me constantly (emails, texts, phone calls). I'm happy to say that my solar panels are up and running. I'm already seeing the savings on my Con Ed bill, and my property tax abatement was expedited. These guys are top notch pros.

SI Solar is knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and staffed by industry professionals who are dedicated to the field of solar energy production. The final proof of their customer satisfaction and savings goals was informing me of a substantial manufacturer’s rebate that I never would have known about without their help. When I was shopping for Solar it was very confusing. SI Solar helped explain the whole process and was responsive the whole way through. Up to today they monitor my system and notify me of potential issues before I even notice. People always ask me how I like my solar and I always tell them I love it.
