Future Energy Solar

I used the feature through national grid to find a solar company to install panels on my house. After getting 10 different bids I narrowed it down to 3 companies that were located in Massachusetts and had great reviews. I decided to go with Future Energy because they were the only company that went the extra step. When I contacted the 3 companies, Adam from future was the only one to actually come to my house and talk to me. He did a great job explaining solar and asked what I was looking for and easily adjusted how many panels I wanted. The other 2 companies just wanted to play phone tag. Adam also did a great job explaining financing solar panels and was always readily available to help answer any additional questions and also send any info the bank needed to complete the financing. After 2-3 months (once products were in) AJ and his team came out and installed the 22 panels in one day, and honestly didn’t even take the whole day. The process is a little loud and there is a lot going on, but you have to remember this is a construction project. There was even a minor incident where a worker on the roof accidentally drop his drill and cracked my railing on my porch. When I addressed the issue with AJ, he immediately took ownership and said the company would pay for the railing and someone can even come up and install it. Honesty and accountability is a difficulty quality to find in companies today. I would absolutely use Future again if I had too. It was nothing but a positive experience. Their salesman and foreman were both informative, easy to talk to, and always asked if I had any concerns. Go with Future Energy, you won’t regret it.

I had a fantastic experience with FutureEnergy for my solar installation. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly responsive. The team helped with all the paperwork, making the process much easier than I anticipated. The installation itself was fast, clean, and hassle-free. Most importantly, the system has been working perfectly since it was installed. I couldn't be happier with the service and the performance of the solar panels. Highly recommend!

Yep, you read that right! I did research into 34 solar companies. And by research I don’t just mean that I read about them online. I called them, I had in-person meetings with their reps, I went through evaluations of my roof, quotes, shade reports … the whole 9 yards. AJ’s quote was by far the cheapest for the highest quality solar panels and inverters. What I liked the most about his approach was that he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. He heard me the first time I told him what I was looking for (he was my 14th or so quite, so at that point I knew more about solar panels than most reps) and offered me even better panels that what I had first looked into, and for a similar price. He also sent me a few different layouts, so I can decide how exactly I want the panels positioned on the roof to be aesthetically pleasing. Overall, working with him was a pleasure and he made me feel like his most important customer, even though I was probably quite the pain in the neck. I would work with him and Future Energy Solar in a heartbeat!

AJ and his crew designed and installed 26 solar panels on my roof last year. They were able to work around the ongoing construction of a new roof, and managed to install 3 separate arrays with no visible conduit. It's a very clean install that was professionally managed. When an issue arose regarding the existing electrical situation, AJ had his electrician address the issue to keep the project on schedule. AJ is very familiar with the requirements to connect to the grid and handled all the paperwork on my behalf. I would recommend Future Energy Solar to anyone looking for an affordable, well designed system that makes use of the latest panels - you're in good hands with AJ.

Future Energy Solar went above and beyond to get our solar system installed and made the financing process effortless (UMASS/Five). Beginning with Adam taking the lead in coordinating the design and pricing, not to mention his knowledge that pointed us to a heat loan at 0% for the battery units, and then coordinating with us to get the project started, Future completed the entire process in time to take advantage of the tax credits. AJ Reis and his team did a monumental job to get the project started before Thanksgiving and completed installation in just a few days that allowed the remaining approval process to play out perfectly. From installation to coordinating with the town officials and then getting us a Permit to Operate (PTO) from Eversource by year end to meet the tax deadline was impressive. Pricing, service, and the team were great and I would highly recommend Future Energy Solar to anyone seeking personal quality service from a local company. Not a national company with local reps. Truly a pleasure to work with AJ, Adam and the Future team.

AJ and Future Energy Solar were excellent to work with. I prefer to take time and deeply research projects like this, especially when the technical elements are so important and the field is changing. AJ was patient and thorough from start to finish and he clearly emphasizes customer service. He was honest and upfront about the equipment proposed and took time to answer all of my questions. We ended up with REC panels and Enphase microinverters and the system has been performing very nicely ~4 months in following PTO. The installation was smooth and efficient, and his team was able create not only a working system, but a visually appealing one too.
