Workmanship Warranty
(i) System Warranty
Under normal use and service conditions the System will be free from defects in workmanship or defects in components, for 10 years from Installation of your System;
(ii) Roof Penetration Warranty
All roof penetrations we make for your System will be watertight. Verengo will warranty all penetrations and a 6 inch radius around such penetrations for ten (10) years from installation of your System.
Under each of these warranties Verengo will repair or replace any damage, defective part, material or component or correct any defective workmanship, at no cost or expense to you (including all labor costs), when you submit a valid claim to us under this Warranty. Cosmetic repairs that do not involve safety or performance shall be made at Verengo’s discretion.
