Virtue Solar installed a 12.7kW solar energy system at our home in October 2023. Everything about our experience with Virtue, from initial inspection to final installation, was perfect. I cannot imagine a more professional solar energy installer. Our solar energy system has been running flawlessly for about 10 months now. I could not be more satisfied with our decision to install a solar energy system at our home, and with Virtue Solar's performance as our installer.

We were connected with Virtue Solar through the Solarize Virginia project and were satisfied from start to finish. The initial contact was quick and friendly. The assessment was realistic and they didn't oversell our production capability. Installation was smooth and they handled all the contact with the electrical coop and county permits timely. When our panels were up and running, we hit a snag on actually being able to use the app and get our data from the equipment. Virtue Solar worked with us well above and beyond any customer service I have experienced anywhere lately with numerous and lengthy attempts to problem solve (and, ultimately, finding a solution).The response and help were superlative. I highly recommend them.

55panel system installed May2022 -production estimates were spot on; did not over/under sale. we had gone with another company 6 months earlier but they couldn’t get the technical specs of the system within the estimated production terms in the contract we signed. -sales pitch was true and focused, customer focused -installation timeline was conservative and completed ahead of schedule -team is professional and customer focused; taught kids about solar panels, cleaned up all messes/debris -had a singular issue with a panel connector that was fixed right away -setup our SREC on our behalf- navigating that marketplace could’ve been a hassle, they made it very easy for us. -would recommend virtue solar over competitors 10x over. My system was executed with flawless precision, has worked perfectly and maintenance free since install, and the internal ROI is among my best performing asset classes this year. We hired Virtue Solar to add on to our system and add a battery back up- Matt was wonderful from the first phone call! He is very good about answering any questions and has helped with all the technical issues of getting a new back up battery system running smoothly- I feel as though we got wonderful value for everything he has done- I also like the peace of mind of knowing he is there for any maintenance issues that should arise-
