All Season Solar

I see the positive reviews. Let me share my recent experience with this company. Just about everything I was told verbally proved to be incorrect. The roofing material was delivered without any prior notice. I had no idea of the schedule. The solar team did do a good job removing the solar panels. The roofing team allowed a great deal of material to blow into the pond, even after I brought this to the attention of the work crew. The crew was more interested in keeping to their schedule. One manager told me the solar panels would be replaced the following week, and that I would “absolutely” receive a phone call Monday to confirm the schedule. I did not receive a phone call on any day. I finally called the company on Tuesday, and they scheduled the replacement of the solar panels for a week later than promised. The office told me they did not require access to the garage. That is incorrect. They need to access the solar circuit breakers in the garage. The manager told me at the end of the lease I would own the solar panels at no further cost to me. That is incorrect, and the contract states several options at the end of the lease. There is no "free" ownership option. Overall not a good experience. I paid a lot of money to have the same company manage the solar and roofing. My mistake. I will have the solar panels removed in two years and have a different company install solar panels. I did not save a single penny on my electric bill working with All Seasons Solar and Roofing. I hope they will replace the solar panels next week. Now I am paying them and the electric company.

Great service with a high quality install. I am a very satisfied customer even after the three plus years I've been a customer. I highly recommend them.

All Seasons was professional and prompt. When a minor issue arrived, such as an extra pallet of material on the property, they were quick to remove and resolve the issue. The work looks great, and they were very diligent about cleaning up after the effort. Follow-up support, when any questions have arisen, has also been very professional.

The entire process from A-Z was handled extremely professionally, sales person Austin was the starting point-extremely knowledgeable and professional without any pushy sales techniques, the back office always available and prompt in their communication and kept me updated for every step of the process till the installation team-showed on time, installation process went smoothly and they worked very clean and picked up everything after they were done. Almost forgot to mention that they provided me with the most competitive price for my project. Again, I would recommend All Season Solar without any hesitation.
