One thing we learned about Photon Brs is they have a person dedicated to rebates. Over the last 4 months Layla has been VERY helpful with obtaining rebates from PGE and 3CE. She did most of the work to ensure we received the payments. So PGE sent us a check for $5K and 3CE for $4.2K. We could not have done this without Laylas help.

Jake Brann and his crew did great work on replacing my Solar Edge inverter. They were on the spot, got a replacement shipped and installed in quick time. Thanks, Jake!

I had 25 panels and a Tesla Powerwall installed in Oct 2023. The system worked great for 10 months then in mid-August 2024 it stopped generating power. Photon came over and diagnosed the inverter was bad. They ordered a new one, installed it and the system is working great again! Thanks to Jake Brann and his service team including Chris! Really appreciate the attention to detail to get us back online. 100% satisfied!

Photon Brothers is fantastic! We had solar panels installed on our home in 2011. In 2022 they quit working. I attempted to work with the original installer, but they would take, on average, a month to respond to phone calls or emails, and finally quit responding at all. I found Photon Brothers in late 2023 and despite the crazy Colorado weather (causing us to reschedule multiple times), and a very heavy workload, they worked with us until our problem was fixed. The in-house team, Jake, Kaitlyn and Tom, were communicative and really worked to make sure we were taken care of. The field people, especially Mark and Mike, were outstanding. They knew their stuff and were able to resolve multiple problems and get our system up and running. Best of all Jake called us, proactively, to go over every item on our bill to make sure we understood the charges and were satisfied. We will only be using Photon Brothers from now on! Highly Recommend!

PHOTON BROTHERS replaced an off-grid system (24 lead-acid batteries with a generator backup; this arrangement was in place for twenty-five years and more than ready for an upgrade). Getting their attention to evaluate the job was the most challenging part of contracting PHOTON BROTHERS; finally Theo, their estimator, arrived on the site and from there the process went well. Conversion from the old system was a labor intensive task (removing 32 solar panels from a steep roof along with 24 lead acid batteries, two inverters, charge controller & wiring infrastructure). Weather was stormy much of the time, creating delays. In spite of uncooperative weather, though, the new Tesla Powerwall system was in place in approximately three months. Since then it has performed flawlessly. Installation staffers were knowledgeable, good communicators and answered all questions. Communicating with Project Manager Katlyyn was always uplifting. She gave a timely and thorough response to any inquiry, always with a happy tagline, and provided flexibility when needed. I recommend PHOTON BROTHERS for an off grid conversion. Their experienced and efficient people know how to expedite the permitting process, complete the work expeditiously, and keep clients up to date as the project evolves.
