Unresponsive and do not back up their guarantees

We've had a system that Complete Solar sold us and financed through Clean Power Finance. Neither company is willing to stand behind their performance guarantees and keep passing the buck or just not responding to my calls or emails! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these companies!!!

Buyout

This company placed panels on a house but my father in law signed it over to his children a year before. Trying to buy them and no one calls you back. Selling the house and probably won’t close. They pray on the elderly and they illegally put these panels on. Certified letters from our lawyer go unclaimed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY! DON'T DEAL WITH CLEAN POWER FINANCE OR SOLAR SERVICE OR ENERGY SERVICE EXPERTS, THEY WORK TOGETHER AND DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RELEASE YOUR PROPERTY OF THE LIENS. WORKING ON A REFINANCE AND WE WILL LOSE OUR LOCK DUE TO THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLASS ACTION SUIT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE COMPANIES!

Awful company to deal with

We have been trying to close our refinance for almost two months now. Hours and hours on the phone with no answers, Emails never attended to. They sure took the fee to release our paperwork and will not.
