The guys at Energy Monster did a great job. They were polite, professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. They took care of a needed carpentry job in the attic, a knee wall, at no extra charge, as well as the building permits, and provided the documents needed to get the state and federal tax breaks. The whole process took longer than I expected, but a big part was waiting for Eversource to connect my system to the grid. But all in all, it was a great experience.

They responded to every question I had immediately, I accepted their quote while most of the other companies had not even returned my requests....You won't be disappointed with their customer service!!!

I spent more time, I think, than most people researching different panels, installers, and layouts for my project. Realizing that I'd be looking at these panels for 20+ years, I didn't want to go with yesterday's technology but I also didn't want to overpay for tomorrow's. Dan was very patient and helpful, answering all my questions and working within my budget to get 16 365W LG panels instead of 21 275W panels that other installers were pushing and for more money. Looking back, I'm very happy I chose Energy Monster over the several other options I had considered. Needing to complete the project by the end of the year, Dan and Chris worked overtime with me to make sure the installation and all the paperwork got filed on time. Anyone planning to use National Grid's solar tariff program in RI (it's worth it!) should make sure they get started early to have a buffer with the various beauraucratic obstacles that can arise along the way. In the end, I'm quite happy with my installation -- it looks clean and has been working without a hitch. The only issue is that my production for the first 3 months is below what I was expecting because of all the bad weather -- I'm expecting things will overproduce in the summer. However, people thinking about installing panels might want to treat their winter estimates a bit more conservatively

After chatting with a few different solar installers we decided to go with wattson home solutions. We spoke with Kevin specifically and he made us feel very comfortable about making our decision. I will say he was also very knowledgeable and walked us through a very informative zoom call and was able to answer questions that other reps werent able to. The install process was clean and easy. we had a wonderful experience working with wattson and would recommend them to anyone looking for solar!

we had solar installed by the wattson home solutions team in January. The system is now up and running and we are very happy with the entire process. Their team even installs all the way through the winter months! We had to reschedule the initial install date due to snow - but it was quickly rescheduled to a date 1 week later and the team finished the work in 1 day. after interviewing many solar companies we found that wattson was most qualified to install solar in our community. They have a very nice local touch and its nice to see the same installers at each one of our homes. Allows us to have confidence in this group and their team of excellent electricians and installers. We've had several members of our community use them now.
