Sun Solar had many people focused on ensuring that they met my needs as well as timeframe for installation and were very easy to work with when it came to scheduling and financing options. What really sold me on their services was the guaranteed 10% energy use reduction as well as a full home energy efficiency review which was able to confirm the weather tightness of my home through a suction test as well as blowing extra insulation in the attic. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in taking personal ownership of their electric production!

Sun Solar made my Solar experience easy and stress free. I has talked with various Solar panel companies. Many of them used high pressure approaches. Few of the companies provided detailed information to educate me to become a well informed consumer. Lisa League has been my customer representative. She has been awesome and continues to be extremely helpful anytime I have a question or need help. She was extremely helpful in explaining the ABCs of Solar Power. Utilizing on-line video conferencing, she was able to go over the various plan that met my solar requirement. The software that they utilize is very sophisticated. It takes into account tree shade, obstructions, roof angles/pitch, etc. I wanted the solar panel on certain sides of the house. The provided me the most efficient configuration. The south and west facing roofs provided the most production. They provided me reports that gave me the various production rate. Sun Solar's recommendations has given me the best production possible for my home. The engineers, project managers, and installers are all first class. I can not say enough good things about Sun Solar and my experience with them. They are a great company and they make is very easy for a novice like me to become well informed and make educated decision.

Lisa has been with me throughout this entire process. There was never a question she didn’t find me an answer in a timely manner. She gave me her work and cell phone numbers so that I could always have access to her. She pretty much explained everything to me before it happened and that helped out a lot. There were days early on where we had multiple back and forth conversations. This exchange of information was so important to me because I was on my own with no one else to discuss this with. I knew for example that there would be an energy audit, what it was and why it was done. There were no surprises on her part. I had a few things to sign in DocuSign show up unexpectedly but those weren’t Lisa’s responsibility. All in all Lisa treated me extremely well and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering installing solar panels. Thanks so much.

I replied with a counter point to the crazy quote provided and was blown off with... “Good Luck to you”. Follow-up: I find it extremely interesting the day following my review there is a “glowing” review of the rep I was contacted by. My review did prompt better service and I understand we all have bad days but excuses are what they are. In the end Im not sure I would work with this installer even given a steep discount on install labor, not that this was offered.

Sun Solar and the entire team knocked it out of the park with my fully off grid installation. I brought an idea to them and was very specific with my wants and needs, and they knocked it out of the park with designing and engineering a custom solar canopy that functions as a pickleball court, and a fully autonomous battery/generator system that stores power to use when the sun isn’t shining and recharges the batteries with the generator when there isn’t enough sun during the winter for my home’s needs. The entire Sun Solar team went above and beyond and the only component of the system that has had issues with in the past year has been the propane generator, to which Sun Solar promptly replaced the next day. My power cooperative raised rates 40% in two years and has indicated bills aren’t going to be getting cheaper. Getting ready to expand the amount of solar with Sun Solar to reduce reliance on the propane generator in the winter time.

This company sucks! I thought they were to be able to see if something was faulty with my solar. I went since July w/o solar. They finally yesterday fixed it. Been freezing so as to not pay the 100$ electric bills I was paying not knowing my solar wasn't working. They won't reimburse me ANY money b/c it's past the 1 year in which I'm eligible for reimbursement. It wasn't MY fault the part was broken. Buyer, BEWARE!!!!!!!
