I was shopping around for a roof+solar loan, just so I don't blindly accept the loan my builder offered. This company seemed to advertise much lower rates of 3% vs the 5% I was quoted. I was a little worried giving them all my information online given that there were no real reviews of the company, no BBB, very slim website, etc. Could easily have been a scam. But I took a chance because I'm under time pressure. I'm happy to say it's not a scam. A representative called me back the next day saying they need more info. Specifically, my builder was not authorized with them. They said it would take a few weeks to get the paperwork sorted out with the builder. But my work is starting next week, so I told him I don't have time for that, it's not gonna work out. But while I was on the call I decided to ask him about their rates. He clarified that their base rate is 5%. The 3% rate involves a huge fee you pay upfront, which doesn't make sense unless you're sure you will take the loan to term, won't prepay. I also got a better understanding of their lenders, that they're mostly Orange County based, so I would have gotten approved much faster if I was in Orange County (I'm in LA). The guy also told me they didn't run my credit as they were waiting for additional info, and knowing my situation they will shred my application to make sure my credit is not run. Overall I had a great experience. The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable, and I learned quite a bit about home improvement lending, and learned that my other lender was actually giving me a good deal. The representative was courteous even after he learned he can't have my business. The main reason I wanted to leave this review was to let others know this is a real business, not a scam :) In retrospect I probably made a mistake. I should have called them to see if they're a real business before entering my information on their website. I encourage you to do the same in general.

Bryan helped my husband and I get a loan for our solar panels we had installed on our home. The whole process was smooth and any questions we had he would answer for us immediately. He was always there to answer our texts and phone calls and made sure everything was as stress free as possible- not to mention we got an amazingly low rate.
