We had a great experience with Sunlight To The Rescue. The owner, Jean-Yves, is very knowledgeable. The installers were hardworking, and unfailingly polite and professional. A minor mishap was dealt with promptly and thoroughly. Our system is working well and pumping out power. One minor quibble is that we would have appreciated a bit more clarity about when installers would be on-site.

Overall, I had a great experience throughout the planning and installation of my 20kw system with stacked Solarks, from Sunlight to the Rescue. The communication, work, and price were all great. Every time we encountered something unexpected, they went above and beyond to resolve and get us back on track quickly. I’m grateful to have found Sunlight to the Rescue and would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar.

We found STTR thru Energy Sage. We were happy to find a local company, just a mile or so away, but really the aspect that set them apart was that they listened to us and were happy to proceed with a solar project when other companies weren’t interested. We have a shady lot and an awkward hip roof, but STTR worked with us to design an aesthetically pleasing system that uses micro-inverters to alleviate problems with partial shading. It took a while to push the official hookup thru PEPCO and Delmarva Power, but once we were up and running, we have had no issues. STTR has kept in touch, and they even clean our panels. The owner even recycles old panels to make small solar stoves to help folks back in his home country. You get the sense that they really care.

After contacting a number of different solar panel providers, finally I got Sunlight to the rescue from EnergySage and ended up to decide with them for the incredible product that is user friendly, available service and responsiveness before and after the installation. Furthermore, the mobile app “Enphase monitoring system" let’s me know the production of each panel every day. I Highly recommend Sunlight to the rescue and putting this survey to encourage the Management this company.

Jean-Yves and his team are warm, friendly and super responsive. They make sure that things are handled effeciently and on the up and up. I had one delay in processing early on, but they more than made up for it. Sunlight to the Rescue is a very trustworthy company. They will use the most best, most up-to-date panels so that you will get the most out of your system. They treat you more like a family member--and not like a nameless, faceless customer as some other companies do. I highly recommend them.
