Although it took awhile to get the right part in, Sunlight to the Rescue was able to order us a new inverter and upgraded our electronics.

We purchased our house with solar panels that had installed by Sunlight to the Rescue two years prior the sale of the home. Sunlight to the Rescue did a great job communicating and coming by to help us understand our new to us solar system and getting the monitoring software transferred to us. Additionally, later on when we wanted to set up our system for generating and selling SRECs, Sunlight to the Rescue pointed us in the right direction and assisted with the paperwork for automatic reporting to the SREC system.

Don't know about their installation. Can't get them to stop calling.

We had a great experience with Sunlight To The Rescue. The owner, Jean-Yves, is very knowledgeable. The installers were hardworking, and unfailingly polite and professional. A minor mishap was dealt with promptly and thoroughly. Our system is working well and pumping out power. One minor quibble is that we would have appreciated a bit more clarity about when installers would be on-site.

Overall, I had a great experience throughout the planning and installation of my 20kw system with stacked Solarks, from Sunlight to the Rescue. The communication, work, and price were all great. Every time we encountered something unexpected, they went above and beyond to resolve and get us back on track quickly. I’m grateful to have found Sunlight to the Rescue and would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar.

We found STTR thru Energy Sage. We were happy to find a local company, just a mile or so away, but really the aspect that set them apart was that they listened to us and were happy to proceed with a solar project when other companies weren’t interested. We have a shady lot and an awkward hip roof, but STTR worked with us to design an aesthetically pleasing system that uses micro-inverters to alleviate problems with partial shading. It took a while to push the official hookup thru PEPCO and Delmarva Power, but once we were up and running, we have had no issues. STTR has kept in touch, and they even clean our panels. The owner even recycles old panels to make small solar stoves to help folks back in his home country. You get the sense that they really care.
