Infinity Solar

This review is overdue/delayed. I enjoyed working with this company. I originally contracted for a large solar system with batteries in October 2020 - the height of the pandemic. They were very patient in answering my many questions and explaining all the options with panel specs, inverters, and installation. Through no fault of Infinity Solar, there were pretty serious delays in getting the batteries from Tesla. So Infinity did the panels first and then came back for the batteries several months later when Tesla finally delivered. Infinity showed a real commitment to getting the job done correctly and making sure we were happy with their work. They took the time to design a system that minimized the space taken up in my garage and looks tidy. Their crew also did a nice job cleaning up each day. Due to Covid, there were lots of delays with city inspectors, SCE etc., - again not Infinity's fault. Ultimately, Infinity stuck it out to deliver a nice system that we're very happy with.

Do your homework! There's no replacement for that. Having done my homework (I spoke with close to a dozen companies and met with half of them on-site), I knew what I wanted and Infinity Solar delivered! I've very specific and detail-oriented but they accommodated my every need from where to locate the solar panel array to laying out the electrical conduit to post-installation support on deciphering my production/consumption reports. I've recommended them to two other families and they are both very happy with Infinity.

When I started my search for a solar company, I happened to run across the website Energysage.com. This site provides competitive quotes from several solar companies. I can't tell you how thankful I am to have chosen Infinity Solar as my solar provider. My first contact with Infinity Solar was with their Project Manager, Kay. Kay answered all my questions promptly, filed all the paperwork with SDG&E and the city, helped me to finance the project with their recommended credit union (which had the best rate around), and kept me informed along the way. On the morning of installation day, I met Tim, the owner of Infinity Solar, his son, and the rest of the crew - all great, polite guys. By lunchtime they finished the installation, arranged for inspection and several days later my solar system was up and running. Since then, I had another neighbor (a retired electrical engineer) use Infinity Solar for his system install. Great company, on time, no hassles. Thanks Infinity!

I was very impressed with Infinity Solar. Tim and his entire staff are both professional and responsive, The install was completed ahead of schedule and the Panasonic product is already saving $$. Give them a call...you won't be disappointed..

Infinity Solar Team is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and honest. From the first call to inquire about Solar to the end of the job, the staff have always answered my questions promptly. They explained everything, offering me a product that is tailor made just for my house and needs. They were professional during the entire process. Everything was neat and clean as they worked. After the installation, they continued to be avaliable to assist with any upgrades wanted or questions. I was so impressed with Infinity Solar that I recommended them to my friend who also wanted Solar. My friend also found Infinity Solar to be the company they would select to put in their Solar panels. Because I recommended Infinity Solar to my friend, Infinity Solar thanked me with a 500. Check. I was glad to recommend such a fine company with great staff. I feel good about having Infinity Solar as a good thing for the environment and as a good way to save money. I spent a lot of time looking into Solar companies, Infinity Solar is clearly the best. They care about their customers and offer an excellent product and quality service.
