Workmanship Warranty

Contractor’s Statement of Warranty: The warranty related to labor from Contractor’s Work on the installation of the System is intended to cover
defects in workmanship that arise within the lifetime of the system. This obligation is in lieu of any warranty or other obligations expressed or implied. All factory or manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and shall be transferred to Purchaser upon Work completion. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Contractor has made no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition or functions of the System.

30 year limited coverage.
