I began working with GIM Energy after receiving several quotes through Energy Sage and working with my advisor to make the choice. I want to emphasize how much I appreciated GIM’s straightforward, professional, helpful interactions throughout the process. My many questions were answered thoroughly, and GIM was patient as we discussed and made adjustments to the plan. All of the workers were efficient, hardworking and professional (and nice!), from my roofing crew to my solar electricians. GIM delivered exactly how, when and what they promised for an economical price and with a personal touch. GIMenergy installed solar + battery on my house this year. I initially signed a contract last October, but it took forever to get things moving. I ended up having to chase down my permit with the city to resolve a communication issue they were having with GIMenergy. I also had to give up my garage for a month while it was full of panels and battery equipment waiting to be installed (and had to personally accept delivery of all the equipment ordered by GIMenergy). Once I got the permit situation fixed, and GIMenergy came out for the install, things went mostly fine. It took a little longer than expected and initially I didn't get all my needed circuits backed up, so they had to come back out. Thankfully, it passed inspection fairly quickly. However, I didn't get set up on my Enphase account for a few months after the install. I also had to pester GIMenergy about the PTO/NEM submission to SCE. At the end of the day, everything is here and working. That's what matters the most. I also like that they're flexible about the equipment they use and didn't try to box me into a one-size-fits-all solution like many of the big installers will do. However, I felt like they weren't very proactive about following through on my project. Half my garage was unusable for a month and I had to do a lot of legwork on my own to ensure things actually kept moving and got done.

I couldn’t be any happier with the service and installation of our new solar panel system by GIM Energy. From the get go Nicholas answered all my newbie solar questions carefully & thoroughly and helped steer me through the whole process, whilst most of the other companies gave vague replies and brushed me off with a suggestion of a visit from a salesperson. It came down to a choice of two companies but the decision was swung by the fact that being a smaller company we felt that GIM Energy (who weren’t the cheapest nor the most expensive of all the quotes) would be more responsive to our needs and we wouldn’t be just another sale to be put on a waiting list. That choice paid off, once we pulled the trigger the GIM team had the 10kw solar system installed and inspected within a week! I didn’t get the system installed for the aesthetics but the all black Q-Cell panels look great. It must be noted that I could not find any negative comments about GIM Energy and I am glad to add my recommendation to their perfect score card.

The installation process with GIM energy was much easier and faster than I thought. And you get pleasure from working with these guys. They know what they are doing and they are SO HELPFUL! GIM also offered us competitive pricing and nice discounts. We have cool Solaria panels now, all black and high 400 watt.

GIM offered us not only high productivity solars and battery backup, but also perfect customer service. These guys are Neovolta dealers and get the product directly from them, which means that you purchase original high quality products. I met the best customer service I have ever experienced with a construction company. Overall I was more than happy to find high quality material, helpful workers and, of course, low prices in one company. Outstanding!

I requested countless quotes from different companies before I chose Green Integrations and Management. It's a great company. Easy and fast installation process, nice and helpful team.
