I had been working on solar for our house for almost a year before I got connected with the RXSun team. I wish it was earlier and I hadn’t wasted so much time following up and waiting for non responsive teams to answer the phone. The team at RXSun was great! We were walked through and hand held then entire way through. They kept us up to date when inspections were done, permits were submitted then approved. Once installed the inspection and path to live was super quick and easy! If you’re considering solar, look no further!

I live in a turn of the century Tudor House, and was delighted to find out I could add Solar. RX was easy to work with, and helped us deal with some old wiring to get our solar panels hooked up. So far so good.

I had solar panels installed in November of 2023. Noah Rothschild was my contact person at Rx Sun. He was accessible through the process from beginning to end. I contacted him via email, phone call, and text. He was always responsive. He was also knowledgeable about the process. I had many questions and he was able to answer them so that I, as a lay person, could understand them. There were several companies working together to make the project happen, and Noah made clear how each company was involved. He explained timelines, financing, and tax credit expectations. I really appreciated his assistance with questions I had about the Illinois Shines contract which ensured that I received the state rebate. I was very pleased with the high level of customer service that Noah provided.

We spent a lot of time analyzing, finding companies, trying to dig up pricing online. We got tired of hard-sell tactics from SunRun and others trying to lease panels to us or keep the fed/state tax benefits for themselves, with high pressure presentations and "we need to sign today" kind of junk. RxSun and Noah were way different. He walked us through the design, when we asked for more panels he found a way to fit them, gave us completely transparent pricing, and let us make the choice on our own time. ALL VIA EMAIL AND TEXT! No Zoom calls, no in-person pressure. And to top it all off, they had the absolute best pricing of anyone we looked at. Anyone we know who's looking at solar has gotten a recommendation from us for RxSun and has gotten Noah's email address.

At the beginning I had issues with poor comununication related to potential problems the site survey brought to light. After expressing my displesure I recieved a phone call from Chris. The ceo. He listened to my point of view with interest and a genuine desire to arrive at a mutual understanding and a way to move forward. He arranged for the lead eletrictrician to stop by and inspect the hardware on my house. He was able to effectively answer all my questions and by doing so put my project back on track. The way Chris handled this issue is something other companies should strive for.
