Steve Whitman Solar, Roofing, & Siding

I am quite dissatisfied with the experience I had with Steve Whitman Solar & Roofing. I have a contract with them that was signed since more than 2 months ago yet zero progress has been made on my project since then even though they have my 10% deposit check on hand. I have never felt so ignored and undervalued as a customer. How is it acceptable for them to be comfortable providing clients with no updates? I have been bounced around from one sales rep to another sometimes going weeks without hearing anything and when I do hear something, it’s to promise me a phone call that never came. I understand that their vendor sold my panels but 2 months later, no updates, no progress. I was excited to work with a small business, but would recommend that you stay away from this company.

We used energy sage to collect quotes, which was a great advantage to us. We chose Whitman Solar and Roofing, who gave a good price with good equipment. They handled all the work from permitting to cleaning up the site without any delays and in good time. They did a great job, and I highly recommend them.

The whole sales process was very professional, thorough and responsive. The price for our system was very competitive. The 25 year roof warranty a strong selling point; The crew who installed were on time, professional and cleaned up the work site without any prompting. Well done Whitman!
