G3 Solar LLC

Installed in 2021, and paid for a system that would cover our electric bill and enough to cover charging 2 cars. The system has never even covered our bill let alone anything charging a car. I've had connection issues with the gateway since it was installed and it finally died a couple of months ago. After negotiating with Enphase to replace the warranty, G3 now wants $250 to install a replacement circuit board, and if they don't do it, the warranty is voided. They are very slow to return messages as well. Expect a week. I will not do any business with G3 solar again. They hold you hostage to keep getting more and more of your money. Also if you finance it, that's done by an out of state company so they Don care because they've already been paid.

After delivering the panels, it turns out they didnt even fit. They left solar panels at my home for months before they could finish the job. On top of this they installed cheaper inverters that couldn’t handle the output from my panels so I’m not even getting the full benefit from my system that took an extra 3 months to install. Getting them to respond was a nightmare.

Our experience with the planning and installation was great. The team communicated throughout the process and the work done was high quality. We are saving what we expected on our power bills and love our system.

I honestly was so surprised at how efficiently G3 worked to get my solar up and working. I worked with Trevan and he took care of me from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone wanting Solar from a reliable & quick company. Thanks again G3, I love my new solar.
