Aquib on the sales team gave us the most comprehensive explanation of their solar product and processes out of the four companies we looked at. His expertise greatly contributed to our selecting IHE for our solar project.

Aquib did a wonderful job explaining exactly how backup batteries work. He highlighted the most important features, such as capacity, maximum power output, configuration flexibility, as well as answering ALL of my questions. I received proposals from 6 or 7 companies, for 6 or 7 different batteries. In the end, I concluded that the best battery for us would be one that has sufficient capacity, run time, and power output, and could be installed by a local company that provides excellent service "after the sale" . The one we picked was one of the 3 or so options offered by Integrated Home Energy. Aquib also steered us away from a couple of choices that appeared to fit but had some downfalls such as on-going service, and extended wait time. I was very happy with the attention and special considerations IHE provided. We already had 2 Powerwalls and a solar array and wanted to add one more Powerwall. So many companies wanted to charge us for work that was not required because they did not have my situation on a pricing sheet. I highly recommend the team at IHG, they will take care of your needs.

Aquib provided all the info I needed, was responsive and flexible to adapt to our changing needs. We are not buying now but will refer back to him next year.

Aquib, from Integrated Home Energy, is knowledgeable, responsible and excellent at meeting commitments and following up. Although we ended up going with a generator rather than solar, I have no hesitation in recommending you consider him in any search for a solar supplier you undertake.

I was referred to Integrated Home Energy ("IHE") by an established local roofer. Aquib Ahmed of IHE reviewed my needs and the products best suited to my home and and was able very quickly to define a solar panel installation that was appropriate. After two online discussions of no more than two hours he had provided me with detailed data to evaluate how the system would work. Aquib then had IHE provide me with a contract that we have used, with minor modifications, to cover the project. I used the solar system's contract data for the HOA request for approval, which was granted in two days. Aquib then arranged a site review by the electrical staff at IHE, who have approved the installation as initially planned. Aquib has arranged for transfer of my solar project to IHE operations management. This was probably the easiest and most professional home improvement project I have had in 40 years of home upgrade projects. Many thanks to Aquib.
