The IHE team, including Sales (Josey), Project Manager (Gayle), the installation team led by Matt, and the electricians (Jeremy, Elmar, ...) all performed exceptionally well. The installation was completed in October 2023, and we haven't experienced any issues since then.

From the onset, choosing Integrated Home Energy to manage/install my Solar project was the perfect choice. I chose from a half dozen solar companies using Energy Sage, a solar company aggregator. It was important to me to work with a local company but the design - which Jeremy helped to tweak - really fit my needs best. I had a (new) flat roof to be completely covered with CertainTeed panels (25yr warranty). I also included an Enphase back up battery. The system was/is projected to produce 87% of my Electrical needs. Gayle Kuntzmann, IHE Operations Manager, has been amazingly helpful throughout the application processes - between the PA/Phili and PECO requirements, her expertise was essential. Gayle was also responsible for coordinating the installation, inspections, and the eventual implementation/go live processes. She is an excellent communicator - willing to answer all my questions which I really appreciated. Gayle was really helpful in helping me organize the documentation needed to apply for the federal rebate. The IHE electricians, and installers were professional, experienced, and a pleasure to have working on our project. Our PV system has been live since late last fall and I am completely satisfied. The system coordinates with the Philadelphia storm warnings to make sure the Enphase battery is ready for any potential outage. Reassuring. So far, in 2024, the system has produced 2.7MWh (I've consumed 3.4MWh). With summer sunshine the production is over double what I'm currently consuming - 896.0 kWh in April. We were exploring if the investing solar is worth it. IHS agent (Ahmed) was very helpful. He went over and above addressing all my concerns and provided all the info to make a decision. We had a much better experience talking to these folks than any other provider I have interacted so far. We will be definitely consider IHS for the installation

I would highly recommend Integrated Home Energy. They go above and beyond to ensure their client's satisfaction with their service, all at a reasonable price. In my experience, they are honest, highly competent, and a pleasure to work with. Gayle, the operations manager is truly a pleasure to work with. She was upfront with everything from start to finish. No hidden fees and the service was impeccable. When I had a concern all I needed to do was shoot her an email and her team arrived on short notice and fixed the problem. We are very happy customers! I had a great experience in completing my recent solar panel and level 2 installation by IHE located in Westchester, PA. What was outstanding about them is they are upfront in all the communications and were transparent. Josey was the energy consultant. The price quoted by him was very reasonable and he was patient in explaining the whole process. Their customer service was excellent. Gayle was the point of contact post contract signing and was very helpful whenever I had any questions. Most importantly, even after completing the work they were responsive in returning my emails. I will recommend them (IHE) to my friends and family.
