I bought my current home less than a year ago and immediately began to prioritize possible improvements. I had installed solar panels at my previous home about 15 years ago, and I was considering putting them on the roof of my new house. PozitivEnergy was one of six companies I talked to. I had several conversations with Musa Ahmed over a period of months, and he was always considerate, helpful and responsive to my questions. I never felt any pressure to make a commitment. Eventually I concluded that the return on investment for solar wouldn’t be advantageous in my situation—I don’t expect to remain in this house long enough. Musa and I discussed the pros and cons, and he agreed with my assessment. It was great dealing with Musa, and I appreciate all of the time and advice he gave to me.

Sales rep Musa was informed and helpful, giving all the information I needed to make a good decision. We didn't end up going with PozitivEnergy, but they are obviously a skilled operation and worth considering.

I began this endeavor knowing little to nothing about Home Solar Energy systems, my initial contact with a company that stopped at our Door to do sales presentation resulting in my discovering that I did NOT want a $0 Net Cost systems which basically is just "Leasing" a solar system and very little savings from standard utility Co. rates. Musa and PozitivEnergy were great on Educating you of what the pro's and con's are of the systems, They took their time and most likely got a bit tired of me researching, asking questions, and comparing them to their competitors. My career is a Server/Network Engineer Support person so I always need to understand the inner workings of systems and look at TCI and ROI (Total cost of investment) I feel we have now put together the best configured system for our needs and future requirements. I can't wait to have our system installed. Not to say other vendors also did not do a Great job but this company always had quick answers, made sure you understood the technical information and I feel now I was capable of making an informed decision to get into a Solar System.

Musa was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was not sure how solar actually worked and Musa took the time to explain it to me in terms I could understand. I am still working with him to finalize my needs and would recommend him to anyone..... THANKS Musa,!!! UPDATE:System has been installed, yeah!!! It works great!!! . I was very impressed with the PozitivEnergy team and their knowledge as I questioned them about everything. I strongly recommend PozitivEnergy for anyone looking for Solar POWER. THANKS All

We’ll, first….all the reviews you’ve read, are correct! These people “Musa” in particular is amazing for a new comer like me to solar to work with. He answered all 63 emails LOL, without any hesitation or annoyance. He tells you like it is. I haven’t gotten panels installed yet, but…I expect them to be just as upfront as they were dealing with them before signing contact. Denise ippolito

I reviewed my three top choices from EnergySage. They all were good, but after careful consideration I settled on Pozitivenergy. The phone calls and video sessions with them were friendly and informative. They worked closely on determining the best placement for my ground mount installation. Musa Ahmed was helpful and patient with me as I worked through my decision. The company is local and will handle all aspects of installation and connection with my utility. I am very pleased with the company and my decision.
