Ryan and his team were easy to work with in getting the solar system that worked for my home covered by a contract whose terms and conditions were fair to both Home Team Energy and me. I had been at the contract stage with 2 other solar system providers who sounded great throughout the sales process/proposal but whose contracts did not align with what was said by sales personnel and/or the sales proposal. The only company whose contract aligned with their sales proposal was Home Team Energy. I met with Ryan and Patricia on 5/29/24 to discuss the project and laid out my expectations from Home Team Energy for the system as well as component and service warranties. We signed a contract on 6/6/24. Installation started on 7/2/24 and was completed on 7-3/24. WE Energies hooked the solar system to the grid on 7-15-24. Excellence in action from start to finish. Kudos to the Home Team Energy Team. Thank you Home Team Energy.

I've waited 3+ months since our July 2024 "go-live" with our Home Team installed solar system to review the new electric charges against our 2023 electric bills. and WOW...payback in our investment has already begun. 2023 electric bills over these 3 past months > $1500 and these same 3 months totaled $24. Home Team was great to work with throughout the design and implementation....and managed the frustration we had with WE Energies and their processes. But let's come back to the happy dance on Home Team....please consider using them in your solar system proposal. We vetted them against many other good vendors and are VERY happy we selected Home Team, and would certainly recommend them to anyone in their service area.

I have only just turned on the panels, but this company did a great job walking me through the process. They seem to work great, they gave me a step-by-step timeline of the permitting and installation. They also worked well with respecting the sleeping hours of my fiancee, who works night shift. As I was waiting on permitting, they were extremely responsive to my emails and made sure that I always knew what I was waiting for and what I need to prepare for next. Only knock I can give is that they do not have any financing options like some other solar companies do, but that was more than offset by the lesser price for a larger system than other solar companies offered.

When I look back to 2023, the Solar project is one of the highlights of the year. It makes it even more special for dealing with Home Team Energy. High integrity, ethics, and pleasure to work with. I had zero discussion after the quote, there was no added scope or last-minute changes. Thank You Home Team Energy for the way you conduct business!

Home Team installed a ground-mount solar panel system in my yard in December. The crew was very easy to work with. They did excellent work including the details. The crew covered their shoes when they came into our house to work on the electrical hook-up. They also patiently showed me options for cost strategy both now and for future expansion such as additional solar panels and batteries. I then became confident that I was spending my money wisely and on what mattered most to me. That really helped to make me comfortable about this project. Communication was excellent during this project. I made first contact with Home Team in early October and the installation happened in early December.

Ryan at HomeTeam stood out from the beginning with a solid, reasonable initial proposal. We met with Ryan (and a couple other companies, just to be sure) and he was informative, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered our many questions with patience. We appreciated his honesty as well; we weren't sure we needed battery storage and Ryan assessed we did not- which would have nearly doubled the cost of the project. A less honest company would have tried to convince us we did need them for the bigger project profit. Ryan also had prepared a detailed breakdown (and recorded a video walkthrough!) of our system, what we can expect, and options of a lower cost system or higher cost, with pros and cons listed for each. His install team was prompt, polite, and hardworking, and kept us informed of progress daily.
