From marketing to installation, everybody was responsive, professional and personable. I enjoyed working with them and appreciate that this service was free to me through the City of Washington DC. It’s too soon for me to really see my cost savings as the system was just turned on, but I’m going to go ahead and give 5 stars to all in anticipation of my savings.

I HIGHLY recommend going with Uprise to add solar panels to your home. And if you are still unsure, I would recommend meeting with them to understand options, pricing, payback time, etc. They explain everything in a way thats easy to understand and they went above and beyond for us during the entire process. Zero complaints!

Dealing with Uprise has been a bit of a relief, honestly. From the sales aspect to the actual roofing, solar installation, and activation process, everyone I have dealt with has demonstrated pride in what they do and the services they provide. I get up on my roof, and I can easily see it. Every single person has been above-board, amenable, and professional to a very high standard. In several cases, the company has gone above and beyond to explain peculiarities in my situation and advocate for a solution. I am ***VERY*** happy I chose Uprise over the companies that my neighbors went with. I have zero hesitation recommending this company and why to anyone who wants to listen.

Our entire experience from the moment we met this team through the installation, and the permitting processes was amazing. They are a fantastic group of individuals who keep you informed and help you through the process seamlessly. There wasn’t a question that was left on answered. They were so kind and understanding. We really appreciate everything. They did to make this journey to go solar so easy. Everyone of their team members were professional, friendly, and informative. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

The staff at Uprise Solar went above and beyond for every part of our solar panel project. They met with us personally in a no-pressure conversation to discuss all the aspects of the process. Our house is in the historic preservation zone on Capitol Hill (DC) and we were concerned about forfeiting a deposit if our permits were not approved. Uprise figured out a way to manage the financing so that we would not be out any money, and then they managed the entire permitting process which was approved without a problem. We had a few small issues that arose after the installation process and each time the staff were easy to contact and immediately responsive with solutions. My impression is that they have made responsive customer care a top priority; it makes a huge difference to deal with a company that isn't just trying to close a project but wants its customers to be happy and feel they have been treated well.

Uprise provided fantastic quality work and warranty. They were extremely communicative and transparent throughout the process and installation went as smoothly as it could have. Beyond the quality of their own work, I think you can tell a lot from a company by whom they work with. The roofer they recommended in conjunction with the solar install installed the roof on time and cheaper than market rate while providing fantastic work. They furthermore hired a great drywall repairman to fix the drywall holes that were necessary for the install at no charge. I would absolutely recommend Uprise to anyone that wants to go solar (and you should!).
