Infinity Solar USA

Unlike most of our competitors, we do everything in house. Most solar companies complete their work through third party contractors, who work for their own company. This creates a line of communication that can be lacking compared to the work done from a company that is completely internal. At Infinity Solar USA, everyone knows everyone. From Construction, to warehousing, to the technicians that do repairs, and even the company's salesforce. Everyone on our end is communicating and working together to help you change your life and more so the world. People that you can trust and know will get the job done right.

The journey for Infinity Solar USA began in 2015. Telecommunications was the name of the game at the beginning of this ride, and at the peak we were operating through 20 states nationwide. This was predominant for us, but the the long-term goal was always solar, and as more and more people began to understand the importance of alternative energy sources, the vision became clear in our eyes. We as a company truly believe in solar energy as a renewable resource that can help reduce our reliance on fossil fuels while also being affordable. It was at that moment Infinity Solar USA was born, and we now are local to the markets of Arizona, Texas, Idaho, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington.

Very bad experience which is still ongoing

We had Alex come out and he gave a great presentation and case for using Infinity. We needed a new roof too before installing panels. After signing a contract for both a roof and panels, we didn't hear from them for 4months, 2 months after they said they would install. We got word the day before they were going to install the roof, which happened during an ice storm in late December. Several of the subcontractor's people didn't work as it was too cold for them. The subcontracted company did a poor job, leaving messes everywhere (in attic, bathroom skylight, around yard) for us to clean up. We had to argue with Infinity as to what parts of the roof needed full replacement (plywood) as they were only going to do shingles, which was not the agreement. After they finished the roof, we didn't hear again from Infinity for 2-3 months or so, until a lady called and said they were changing the type and number of panels that they were going to put on the roof, and it would happen the next day. Again, no notice, especially with a change we didn't agree to. They came and put the panels up (the gentlemen were very nice). When it was time for the city to inspect, we found out Infinity had failed to update them with the correct number of panels and layout, so that was delayed even further and required yet another phone call to the office. They finally fixed that, and it was approved. Once the panels were in use, they weren't working at the rate they should have been and we needed to have the electrician come back out. Nice guy. HOWEVER, after over a year, we still do not have full use of the solar panels with storing/outputting the correct amount of energy. AND, we cannot get anyone on to respond to emails or phone calls. Supposedly, Alex is the "project manager", but we cannot talk to him. We are at the point of needing another solar company to come out and fix their problem. I do not recommend this company to anyone for the hassle it has been over the past 2 years.

Typical Bad Contractor Experience

Would not recommend. Our experience was typical of a bad contractor: great salesman that sold us a white glove service level followed up with an invasive construction process with seemingly no one in charge. Each step in the process was a surprise and we never found the bottom of how much we weren’t made aware of the process along the way. Our salesman left the company and we felt treated like another job with a contractor that had more work than they could perform. There was no project manager, just remote customer service agents to try and track down. From the roofers working until 8:00PM, taking off and leaving a trailer parked in our driveway for four days after leaving behind a large mess and damaging our neighbors house, to having a new contract document stuck in front of us with no explanation behind it, no visibility into the steps in the process (turns out we had to be home for an entire day to wait for a city inspection. Again, would have been OK had we known to expect it) and unfulfilled representations to follow-up and provide customer service. Each person at the company was pleasant to deal with, there was just no follow through, and expectations were consistently set and then not met. Typical of a contractor that has too much work and is on fire moving from one job to the next. If this were a product that could be returned, I would have done so. I would not recommend Infinity Solar.

Infinity Solar

Infinity Solar was prospecting my neighborhood and I agreed to meet with their sales rep. Had been casually thinking about solar but hadn’t investigated. Tyler from Infinity met me and went through a very detailed personalized presentation. We decided to move forward in mid May. Installation on June 5 (5 hours) very fast great cleanup. After city inspection and PGE inspection/meter swap we were operational July 9! Great experience, now considering backup battery installation.

Very satisfied with my system

Going on 2 years now, and my installed solar system with Infinity Solar has been working well and as expected. All the folks I've talked to have been great.

Solar

Due to the increased price of electric energy, I was shopping for solar systems, Infinity solar presented a great option, the process was easy and smooth, great communication through the process and after activation my energy bill dropped drastically.

Great Customer Service

Infinity has been absolutely great. Each person I have interacted with has been very helpful and willing to answer my seemingly unending question. Have my panels up and running! Took a little bit of extra time because of the freeze here in the DFW area but the whole experience has been great.
