I desperately need help. I have written letters to each and every entity I can think of, quite a few times to each. The Texas Attorney General has SEVERAL letters and emails to which I only get a generic letter. I have a 143 page letter that was sent to him from an attorney who works for Rose Fullbright & Jorworsky. This company has taken total advantage of me, put me $100,000 in debt and destroyed my roof and the structural integrity of my house. About 3 months ago the sales rep, Michael Jones, even called me and tried to BRIBE ME to take my reviews and complaints down because he lost a sale because of me. He said if I took them down he would call a buddy of his who is in real estate and get me a $250,000 equity loan against my house. My house is not even worth that amount. They have made me switch electric companies twice. Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC ghosted me for months this year. I have been unemployed for over two years, and I was unemployed when Michael Jones showed up at my door and had just started the lengthy process of filing for disability. Michael Jones and Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC KNEW that, and STILL aggressively CONNED MANIPULATED AND RUINED my life. Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC cannot produce and provide any of the inspections or permits for the installation or anything. Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC will not and REFUSES to give me a copy of my file. There have been several lawsuits against DYNAMIC SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC just in the past two years about the same thing I'm complaining about. I had to sign everything right then and there. The panels have NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY. I was promised and guaranteed I would not have an electric bill. I have and still do. I was told I would get a 30% kick back from the government, which was also a lie. It's a tax credit and I can't do anything with it because I have no income and am disabled. Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC, Michael Jones the sales rep undersold me and conned me into MORE PANELS, now there are 22 panels on my house, I have full Sun, They have never worked correctly, and I have proof and documentation for all of this except for the inspections and permits for the solar panel installation. Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC KNEW my roof was not sound for the panels. Michael Jones put them on my roof anyway. Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC destroyed my roof and had to replace it. Replacement of the roof started a ripple effect on my house and the structural integrity of my house is destroyed. Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC put a panel over a human size hole in my roof, but I didn't know until it started RAINING IN MY BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. The owner of the roofing company is on my side and he will vouch for that. In my eyes it seems like nobody cares at all. I'm beginning to believe that I just happen to be the wrong race, color and creed. I don't think anyone really comes forward because 1, they are embarrassed they got scammed. 2, people like me and us, the below poverty nobody's don't get heard. We are brushed to the side and forgotten about. Because of Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC, the debt of $100,000, and my credit ruined pretty much for the rest of my life, I don't have anything to lose. I've had a loan with them for solar panels by XXXX XXXX, whom promised me everything was good, no leans on my house since I paid cash, which I will be filing another report against XXXX XXXX, my loan is going up not down and I have been paying for over a year $ XXXXMONTH FOR OVER A YEAR. I CALLED XXXX XXXX, and asked why the balance has not gone down it's gone up, I was told that they charge 1.29 % EVERY DAY. APR IS 2.99 % which means I will never be able to pay it off. I was forced into both contracts the day XXXX XXXX showed up at my door and used aggressive sales tactics, I DIDN'T GET THE MANDATORY 3 DAY WAIT PERIOD, EVERYTHING HAD TO BE SIGNED RIGHT THEN AND THERE'S. I have been dealing with this for over a year, but the not even getting the chance to even read either contract, and the 1.29 % every day interest is abominable. XXXX XXXX used to be synaptic, and they went under. This has got TO BE EXPOSED AND RECTIFIED. I'VE RELENTLESSLY TRYING TO GET HELP WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION EVERY DAY. Isn't that double dipping? They are both in cahoots with each other, and my roof was not sound enough to even put the panels there to begin with. I'm currently in the middle of filing for XXXX, no income in close to 2 years, XXXX XXXX and XXXX is XXXX in XXXX places. I was totally taken advantage of, and lied to from the start. Because of XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX my credit report went from 700 's to low 500 's. First time home owner. Again took advantage. I was told the tax kickback would be half of the loan. Come to find out it's a CREDIT not REFUND. They have put me {$70000.00} roughly in debt, PLUS I've never even financed anything. How many other people have they ruined financially for the rest of our lives? I can't even sell my house if I wanted to because XXXX XXXX has put a UCC lean on my house, but I have not signed it nor will I pay for something I had no knowledge of and was lied to about. XXXX XXXX also took a 2nd loan out and lied to me and told me it was not approved, and to throw anything from good leap financial to not even open it. Low in behold I started investigating more and more about both. I've been ghosted by XXXX XXXX and dividend financial has XXXX . Dynamic SLR SYNAPTIC SOLAR LLC are the same company, same owners, and are the most crooked, conniving liars that do nothing but take advantage of people and rob them blind.

Salesman came to my door. Sold me on the idea that energy prices would be skyrocketing in the near future. Promise me my energy bill would be below fifty five dollars. And that all I would have to pay is my panels pretty much. That hasn't happened.My energy bill is still high. This winter my energy bill was $ 245.+ panels. I reached out to the company. And I was told everything is working fine. That maybe I should make lifestyle changes. Such as washing my clothes during sunlight hours. And maybe drying my clothes on a clothes hanger.In the backyard. NO JOKE! This green energy is a SCAM.. I am now stuck with a loan for twenty five years.At a rate of 6.99% please do yourself a favor and do not go solar, stay on the grid.

They are going to sell you on an energy audit which is really a scam for a 25 year solar payment. To put the world‘s ugliest solar panels on your roof and lock you into something that you don’t really know what you’re doing. They do it for naïve week old people they love scamming old people. It’s an EMF nightmare that produces dirty electricity and locks you into a 25 year nightmare.

They called and gave some lie about being associated with Oncor which they are not. They said they have a program to upgrade your home for free called “stand up Texas” they do not. I told them not to come to my house. They came to my house anyway and when I told them to leave they wouldn’t leave and kept insisting I talk to their manager over the phone. That’s trespassing. Creepy, scummy, terrible company.

This company is a SCAM! BEWARE! They cold-called me yesterday (already had all of my personal info which was suspicious and creepy) claiming that they are partnering with CenterPoint energy to submit applications to the Take a Load Off Texas program that could help cover our costs to replace our windows. He said they used to do solar panels but that they were now focusing on this for Houston due to the damage caused by Beryl and our city's dissatisfaction with CenterPoint. Well, I was right to be suspicious and grill this guy on the phone because I later found out everything he told me was FALSE! I called CenterPoint themselves and they said they are NOT partnering with this company and they are NOT participating in the Take A Load Off Texas program (it was created by Oncor, who is Dallas' electric infrastructure provider). Shame on this company for having their Houston employees straight up LYING to people in order to get business! I suspect if I let them send someone, it was just going to be a solar panel salesman!
