Got approvals and permits, paid $14,200 for equipment, scheduled installation, then they ghosted us. Filing criminal charges. Contacted attorney to pursue recovery through civil proceedings.

First of all the company has been amazing to work with from quoting, to permitting,and the inital install. Everything went well until they got paid by Mosaic - then they started ghosting me. My system is not commissioned and only half of the panels are producing electricity. I can't get anyone to return my calls or commit to finishing the job. It looks like I'm going to be on the hook to pay another contractor to finish the job. This was very disappointing because they were so stellar up until this point.

Avoid this company. They failed to complete the installation leaving me struggling to find another company to finish the project. So far I am still not connected to the grid. I'm out $23000. Don't make the same mistake I made! When I chose them they were listed on Energy Sage as an Elite installer. I see they are no longer in Energy Sage's network. Probably a good thing. Energy Sage is great but do your own homework.
