The appointment with downloading and discussing the app went really well. The representative was very knowledgeable, and was opened the questions regarding the Apple usage.

A team that cares

The entire PureLight team has been a dream to work with from start to finish. The entire experience working with their sales, design, install, and customer service teams has been seamless and worry free. Everything was completed in record time and they made doubly sure I understood each step of the process and was familiar with the operation of my equipment. It’s obvious they care about their customer satisfaction, and the fact that their install and repair technicians all work in-house means their quality control is top notch, and a top priority. A++. Fabulous service from start to finish

Everyone we dealt with from start to finish with Purelight were great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond and take care of any issues we had. They kept in contact through the process of installation and checked in with us at every step. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for solar to go through Purelight.

I appreciate that the meeting took place on time. Gar was friendly and informative. He walked me through everything and answered my questions. He walked me through turning on my solar panels for the first time. I easily understood instructions and how to work the app.

Informative, helpful, and invested in our satisfaction through the entire process!

Starting with Chris and Justin for the initial overviews and help thru the install, to folks in between for scheduling and confirmation, all the way to Gar for the post install follow-up - everyone at Purelight was GREAT! They were all very knowledgeable and caring, and honest if there was something they didn’t know the answer to before then quickly helping to get someone who did have the knowledge to answer any questions we had. I definitely felt like they valued us through the process and took great care to ensure we were satisfied! Can’t recommend them enough!
