Chase was the employee who walked me through our video meeting. Chase was clear, and considerate and straight to the point. Willing to answer any of the questions I may have had.

Beginning with the initial Purelight Power contact, and continuing with Customer Representative, all our questions were answered with no pressure to make a decision. Justin is patient, listens well to any concerns including processes required for installation of roof (ours needed replacing) - we chose to go with Purelight's roofers, but were free to choose another company - no pressure). We requested a second meeting with Justin to cover financing, roofing, and timeline-logistics for all processes of installation, power turned on, and accessing online app to monitor our production of solar-power Kw. -- PURELIGHT POWER receives "A+" for EVERY aspect of installation, scheduling, and assuring that we understood EXACTLY each process. ALL employees exemplified high work-ethic, knowledge, professionalism, and respect of us, the customers! WE UNEQUIVOCALLY RECOMMEND PURELIGHT POWER (and roofing company) FOR SOLAR POWER. AND: PANELS MADE IN USA (not China!!) is a PLUS!! Pleasantly surprised: Our panels were turned on 4wks before anticipated, taking advantage of solar: Aug 20-Sept 18th. Amazing results, immediate savings on power! -- HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURLIGHT POWER! -- Office staff and site managers ALWAYS returned my calls and "TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING" aligning Power Company, County verification of installation, site survey, AND ALL QUESTIONS WE HAD ANYTIME!! THE BEST INDEED! Since this is a huge investment, we needed to be fully informed and satisfied with results -- we were EVERY step of the process! -- Another A+ for PURELIGHT POWER. This company initially was easy to work with until after the install. My system didn't pass county inspection. I asked Purelight to come out to fix the issue. All I got was excuses as to why they couldn't. Several weeks later the system is still not repaired and I still don't have an answer as to when they will be coming out to fix it.

Great customer/sales rep face to face interaction. Very thorough and informative. Great product with app monitoring system. Panels were installed quickly. Only complaint - there was a delay in permission to operate (for Alliant Energy) due to a mislabel. This involved calling the companies every week to clarify and get things rolling. In addition, when everything was ready to operate, we were not notified. We turned the switch on a week after permission to operate (missing another week of prime solar energy). Overall we missed collecting energy for 3-4 weeks of June. Just an annoying set back. It will all be worth it in the long run and we appreciate the quality of the panels and employees at Purelight.

The company did a great job marketing their product and service. Answered questions well. The actual install was quick and clean. There was a mixup over a required label on the electrical box which delayed our power company and our service by a couple extra weeks. We weren’t notified when it was okay to turn on the system. I learned a week later when I called. Other than that, all the personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. We are glad we chose this company in the end.
