Poor work, no call backs, not up to par a year later.

After $410k and almost a year the system still doesn’t produce as promised, permit has never been closed out, no call backs from nick. At least 10% of the panels don’t work and have never worked. Run from this guy.

Professionalism

Fantastic overall experience! Nick and his team always kept me in the loop with progress. True professionalism. I especially appreciated that the install crew cleaned up after themselves. I did not need to do anything, The Solar Scouts took care of it! Love my Telsa Powerwall 3s and Solar.

Excellent experience!

Working with Nick made the solar panel experience, the best! We made an appointment with Nick and he answered all of our questions. He e planned the entire process from start to finish. There were no surprises. He handled all the paperwork including the letter to our HOA, the city, and made all appointments based on our schedule. He explained how the app works and even helped us choose the best energy provider where we could really benefit from making and selling back the solar energy produced. The install took one day and the team was so professional. Even after the install was done and we were on our own, I can call or text Nick with any questions and he will get an answer them for me. He has made this experience, awesome!

We called different solar companies and Solar Scouts was our best option From salesperson, installers and electricians we couldn’t have asked for better people. From buying and installing everything went smooth. Everyone was on time finished up job quickly and explained anything we ask.
