EnergySage did well with getting me someone in the area, however after 1 quote and 1 chat on the phone, I have never heard from this installer again. Last I was told was 'let's do a site visit' and that was almost a month ago. At this time, I am moving on from this solution and will continue to do research and feasibility studies on my own. I am sure that as solar in AL becomes more consumer friendly, I will find more and more installers that can assist. For the ratings I rated as such: Value - 3* - this may have been a great value, but failure to follow-up I am unable to go higher or lower. Quality - 3* - Again without follow-up I can't honestly give more than middle of the road. Energysage recommended them so we assume they are not bottom of the barrel, but no follow-up means they may not be top of the line. Service - 1* - In this day and age I expect and respect when people stick to their word. If you are going to call, call. If you say you are going to schedule a visit schedule it and show up. Responsiveness - 2* - I only give 2* on this because I also didn't go out of my way asking them to follow-up. I left the ball in their court.

I would give Michael 10 stars if I could. Michael went above and beyond for me to get my system installed and turned on. Michael really loves what he does and cares about installing your system the right way and does a great job of explaining and going over everything you need to know. I put all my trust into Micheal and I don’t regret it one bit. 06/18/2024: Officially had my panels and system for a year now and I couldn’t be happier! Very low power bills every month for the past year and I’ve also received a check every month back for excess energy that I send back to the grid ranging from $29-$100 every month since I got them. Low power bills and long term savings at its finest! I also received the tax credit this past year which was super beneficial and can carry it over until I use all of it! Michael is the absolute best! I would give him 100 stars if I could! Don’t be afraid to give this man your business because he will not disappoint!

I have had 11 non-working panels since they were installed nearly a year ago using a different installer. I was told they could find nothing wrong so my house must have been struck by lightning and I needed to contact my home owners insurance. After months of frustration I decided to change installers and called Mike at The Integrity Energy Group. In less than a week all of my panels are working perfectly. These people are friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for all of you solar panel needs

This company has exceeded my expectations and taken a PERSONAL interest in my conservation goals. Mike Tabb is the a real deal problem-solver and conscientious responder with a clear idea of the customer’s need and situation.
