Very Professional!

We received constant support during each phase of the process. They communicated everything that was happening and assured us that things were progressing as planned. They also handled all the permitting and the paperwork, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Allen and his team were amazing. We also loved the group that installed the panels. They were courteous and friendly (even when faced with a little negativity from a neighbor). I highly recommend Boundless Energy and couldn't be happier with the process and the result.

Extraordinary crew

The sales representative, Miguel was well informed and did a fantastic job in calculating the number of panels needed. My home is a duplex so he geared his calculations based on the needs of the 2 sides and we are very happy with the results. The crew was reliable and efficient. When the job was done, they cleaned up. I am very pleased with boundless.

Solar power is great

You guys installed and so far the bills form GMP has been awesome. Had a bill for installation changes from GMP and you all took care of!! So far so good!!! Thank you!!

Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Communication: My Disappointing Experience with Boundless Inc.

I had a disappointing experience with Boundless Inc. Dalton, a sales rep, promised a $3000 reimbursement for a contract cancellation fee. Dalton has been hard to reach, and I recently discovered that Forever Solar only offers a maximum of $2000 reimbursement, not the $3000 I was promised. I'm now facing debt collection due to the unpaid amount. I feel misled and hope the company will act quickly to resolve this issue and fulfill their commitment.

Doing my part to preserve our planet

My experience was exciting to me, knowing that I’m making a difference in the world at no cost to me. My rep was honest and there for me every step of the way. I am on disability which puts me in a low income situation. As you can see this was a great benefit for me and anyone that owns their home, to join in and help save our planet. Additionally you have the opportunity to make money by continuing to be mindful of your energy consumption. There for you have the ability to sell some unused energy back to your utility company. Bottom line getting Solar system through Boundless Inc. is a win and great opportunity.
