CKR Solar, LLC

I was researching solar for 6 months and had engaged with several different companies, ranging from leasing to financing. CKR had great customer service. They made an in person visit, answered all questions and I even spoke with the CEO about the business model (I have a degree in business). My fear was the solar company I chose would go bankrupt and leave me with panels that are no longer warrantied. While they are no guarantees in life, I felt more at ease about the future of the company once I spoke to the CEO. Their sales rep was tentative and responsive. I asked a lot of questions and wasn’t pressured by the sales rep. When the project was underway, the Project manager contacted me regularly with updates (install dates, permits being approved etc). During the installation, they were a couple of "hiccups" but CKR and their crew handled it like true professionals. It's been 4 days since the install, and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

CKR did a fantastic job on our install. 2 power walls, 45 solar panels, and a SPAN breaker panel upgrade made it a pretty big job. Between the power company being difficult, DOA Tesla hardware, some failed software updates, and an overly aggressive building inspector, the job took longer than anyone anticipated. CKR did a fantastic job persevering through it all and owning all the issues. I'd be happy to recommend them.

CKR did a great job getting this system installed at my house. Honest through out the entire process. Managed expectations through permitting, installation and maintained constant personal contact.

If there’s a standard of what thoughtful and detailed service is, Chris exemplifies it! Chris has serviced my panels for many years and has always gone the extra step to ensure that all work is done properly and on time. Most recently after hurricane Milton, I lost one of my panels. It was laying on the ground the next day. I called Chris, leaving a voice mail. He promptly called back and had an installer scheduled to come out today, Saturday. The panel was ok so he reinstalled it and then went and made sure that all the panels were safe and secured. And he was super knowledgeable and friendly! I rarely write reviews but in this case I’m honored to give back to someone who has consistently given so much. He has taken care of me and he’ll take care of you!

I am happy with my solar power system. The system, the installation, and the service are premium. I especially like the black aluminum frames of the panels, the full coverage 30 years warranty, Joe Ward able to answer all my questions. The only problem was the system not switching over to battery backup during a recent grid outage. I am sure CKR Solar will have the system ready for the next grid outage.
