Our Mini-Split purchase experience with Tetra has been no less than superior. We dealt with a team dedicated to seamlessly delivering everything we required on time, at the exact price quoted, and with no pressure. We were always informed as to when and what was going to happen. Typically, we do not write reviews immediately after a job has been completed, however this project demands acknowledgement of a job well done. In fact, if one did not know we had a whole house installation performed, you could not tell that anyone had been here. Everyone on the project was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, careful, and took obvious pride in the quality of their work. To be honest, we do not yet know how the Carrier mini-spilt units will perform but if they work as well as the sales, support and installation teams have done, this may be the best home upgrade we have ever done.
