Founded in 2007 by Kevin and Shana Good, Good Energy Solutions has earned a reputation for our expert reliable service, long workmanship warranties, and quality commercial and residential solar installations. We are engineers and craftsmen designing for efficiency while keeping aesthetics and longevity in mind. Because of our installation quality and customer service, Good Energy Solutions' solar panel systems feature some of the longest product and service warranties in Kansas and Missouri. Also, we have more NABCEP® Certified Solar Professionals on staff than any other company in Kansas or Missouri. To achieve this certification, PV installers must demonstrate that they possess extensive solar PV installation experience, have received advanced training, and passed the rigorous NABCEP certification exam.

Excellent service from a local company

We had GES install our rooftop solar PV system along with installing an EV charger in the garage. They had an excellent price point and offered professional service with great communication. The entire process was easy, from getting the quote all the way through installation and finally getting up and running. Seven months later, when I noticed signs of water damage on our ceiling under part of our solar array, I reached out to GES and they had someone at our home the next day to investigate! It turns out we have a rodent that got into our ceiling, and our roof/installation is perfectly fine. The tech showed me pictures of what he found, and surprisingly didn't ask for any payment for their time climbing through our unfinished attic to check for any issues.

Long-term Value

Absolutely a Five-Star performance! We purchased our panel array from Good Energy more than 10 years ago. They continue to work very well and the supporting structure remains in excellent shape. Any questions we have had over the years have been answered quickly and professionally. We will only consider using Good Energy for our next array, hopefully in 2025. We have also used them for upgrades to the electrical system in our 1950s model home. Every employee has been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Excellent service

We worked with Good Energy Solutions on solar panels for our house and modification to our electrical box for compatibility with the panels and later with installation of a heat pump HVAC system. Good Energy was a great company to work for and I would use them again for any future energy needs. Last month our electricity bill was just over $10.
