Pinnacle Solar install

Pinnacle Solar was very informative from the start , explaining the entire process and kept us well informed. There were no upsell's and the crew were polite and neat with their work. Timing was delayed only because of government agencies creating red tape in the permitting process. As soon as permits were approved , work commenced immediately. Communication was great and I was impressed with the installers knowledge and professionalism. We are up and running with no issues.

Key Highlights: Responsive Communication: From start to finish and even after installation, their team remained incredibly responsive. My sales representative, Dan, was not just friendly and customer oriented but also extremely knowledgeable. Technical Expertise: They installed 32 REC 460W panels with Enphase microinverters, and Tim went above and beyond to help me set up the monitoring system, walking me through how to track my system's energy production. Comprehensive Support: The installation was smooth, with a Tim, a licensed electrician completing the work. I recently had Pinnacle Solar NW install a solar system on my house in December 2024. I have to say the experience was beyond my experience with other solar companies. Starting from pre-sales with Dan, he took the time to educate me on what was best, trade-offs etc, through the follow up of personally meeting the owner Steve, his lead electrician Tim, and the rest of the crew. They were responsive and understanding of my questions and ensured I had a pleasant experience. The system is working as advertised and even after setup, they have been available to answer any questions I had.
