Poor customer service

I have ordered from AEE for a couple years and customer service is not very good. Nobody answers when you call and communication is seriously lacking. I've decided to move on after the latest which was panels no longer available after placing an order. I found out a week later after placing the order. Sales offered a replacement for a good price but then said later I would have to order inverters and racking or they couldn't place the order. Now I have to go back to my customer a second time and explain why I cannot fullfill his order. Not happy!
