I have a $1000 deposit for a system and they've not replied to any of my emails, calls, and now even a certified letter in OVER TWO months. Luckily, they botched the cancellation clause of the email and I've now cancelled via certified mail, but who knows if I'll see a refund of my deposit. Sadly, I'm thankful to only stand to lose $1000 given the reviews of people facing mechanics liens and partially installed, but non-functioning systems. Totally insane. For those of you facing these issues - please escalate to these agencies (thanks AI for the help in pulling together this list): California Solar & Storage Association, Contractors State License Board, California Public Utilities Commission, California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, Attorney General's Public Inquiry Unit, BBB, and the FTC.

I started my solar project with Solar 360 on May 4, 2024, and, to this day, it remains incomplete. It has been over four months since I last heard from the company. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email and phone, I have received no response. The company installed the solar panels and battery, but the system failed the city inspection. Since then, they have made no effort to address the issues or communicate with me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you're considering going solar, I strongly advise choosing another provider to avoid a frustrating and disappointing experience

I looked at and talked to 5 companies before I decided to go with Solar 360. Charlie at Solar 360 was exceptional in answering all my questions pertaining to solar energy as a consumer. More so, he explained all my technical questions in detail. The price was competitive. I have my system up and running in 30 days after signing my contract. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Charlie and Solar 360 to commission your solar system.

We asked for solar only (no batteries) quotes through EnergySage as well as a few independent quotes. Charlie Kim from Solar-360 provided a very competitive quote. We asked for REC or Panasonic panels with Enphase micro inverters. We also wanted a contractor that would use our existing solar attic run wiring, and Solar-360 was one of the few companies that would meet our needs with NO up-charges. Also a roofing contractor, the Solar-360 crew did a great job on our concrete tile roof, including the replacement of broken tiles they found. The system was planned, designed, installed, and signed off by the city ahead of schedule, and so far is working great! Thank you Charlie, Sergio, Ricky, Lalo, and Evie for handling all the steps in this project!
