We went through a lot of different solar providers. We chose Pacific Pro Solar after going to the Energy Sage website. The President, Bill Nuttall was straightforward, honest, responsive, and helpful with our solar proposal. All commitments for our contract, installation date, inspections, etc. were met. Additionally, the installer, Oscar, was amazing. He showed up on time, was very friendly, informative, and efficient. He continually gave us updates on the project and what to expect next. All of us deal with contractors when we have home projects. Bill and Pacific Pro Solar ranks as one of the most reliable contractors we have experienced and we highly recommend Pacific Pro Solar to anyone considering a solar system for their home or business.

I emailed Bill 3 times asking him to revise his quote for a specific set of hardware. Bill did not respond to any of my messages. Sad....

From start to finish ProSolar was exceptionally easy to work with in this project. Bill gave good information, and found the system right for us, not just selling something we did not need. Very knowledgeable and experienced, we were confident in the work to be done, and we not disappointed. The communication was excellent, and quick response to questions that came up along the way. Highly recommend ProSolar to anyone! They were a bit more expensive than some of the other contractors, but the panels were of a higher quality, and the work done justified slightly higher cost. It has been just over a year now, and the system is working great. I have had a few questions come up, and Bill was very responsive, and as always, knowledgeable. You get something new, and all is good. The test of time is the true test, and ProSolar is still as good for us, even better.

Bill was the first person to reach out to me regarding my solar needs. He was responsive during the ENTIRE shopping process, and we are grateful for his time and assistance! :)

Had zero communication or a response from them when I tried to contact them about my quote. Went Local instead!

Bill of Pacific Pro was great, he's not some run of the mill sales guy trying to sell you a solar system but a real electrician. He will tell you like it is and only sell you what you need. From the paper work to the install theses guys are pros. Thanks Bill!
