Everything about my experience with Nickels Energy Solutions was great. They clearly explained the whole process before getting started and kept me informed as the project progressed. The installation was done with a minimum of inconvenience to me. They readily worked around my schedule. The crew was respectful and professional. Follow up after completion was really helpful as I had to make a specific request of my power company to make the most of the energy credits I am earning. I highly recommend NES for solar panel installation.

We had a great experience with Nickels. They knew about options and did a good job explaining them to us. Everything was extremely well organized and they were thorough in both their actions and their explanations. Even when we ran into delays - - not of their doing - - they were always on top of the situation and kept in regular touch with both us and the subcontractors (roofers, electrician). They took care of all the paperwork and arranged for all the associated work we needed in preparation for the panel installation.
