We had a great with Adam and Sunrise Solar, start to finish. We installed in 2017, and had a very smooth design, bid, and install that they were able to do in <30 days. My inverter pooped out after two years, and Adam contacted me proactively and coordinated a replacement that was fast and free of any cost. Would definitely recommend Adam and Sunrise Solar for their personable, polite, and communicative services. Thanks Adam.

Sunrise Solar's guys are the best. Adam was very informative and answered all of my questions about the process, sizing, equipment, warranty, support & more. Tod came out to visit the site and answer more questions. The installers worked diligently and professionally to get it done ahead of schedule. The quote I received from Sunrise Solar Roofing was very competitive and overall they seemed to be quite fair. I had a few questions I sent in a message, but they preferred to answer via telephone, but when I called/left a voicemail I never heard back. I also requested a quote adjustment via the EnergySage 'Change' button and received a message requesting my PG&E usage info despite the fact I had already uploaded this information file when I setup my EnergySage account.

I would highly recommend Sunrise Solar. We called in the morning and had a firm estimate later the same day. We worked with Adam and Tod and they made it very easy. The whole process took about 2 weeks and would have been quicker, but we had rain delays. We are very happy with the installation and the price.

The process of solar installation takes a few steps, regardless of what company you choose. But I had a very good experience with Sunrise Solar. I ended up working directly with Tod, who is an owner. We came to an agreement on price and everything was completed to satisfaction. Jose did the installation and they knocked it out in a couple of days. There was one small adjustment that the city wanted and they completed that promptly. I have had no issues in the months since the installation was completed and the system is performing at or above expectations.

We made sure that we made our final decision to only those companies that have a great reputation on the roofing side of the business. After researching and reading some of the comments from other homeowners, we made the right choice in selecting Sunrise Solar. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with on designing and scheduling our installation. Very satisfied customer.
