Big Expense but no power

I paid half up front and the other half to be paid when finished. The solar panels were installed, however not the Tesla power wall battery back up packs. Even without the battery packs, my unit has still not been turned on and is not working. I was supposed to be up and running before Christmas last year and yet, the job is still not completed, nor working.

Excellent customer relationship

I am in the midst of my solar project, awaiting my city for permitting, so while I don't have my system yet, Jamie has been absolutely on top of communication. So far this has been an extremely pleasant process and I'm looking forward to the next steps along the way.

Xavier was very supportive!

Xavier was very supportive throughout the process of our quotation, permitting and installation review. While we had an issue with our roof that kept us from finalizing the installation, I had no issues with Xavier and found him to be one of the more reliable reps I've worked with on this or any big project. Always responsive on email, phone and text, clear on next steps and requirements, and flexible and reasonable whenever there were any issues or glitches in the process. Highly recommended!

Amazing company, amazing process
